I’m sure there’s no one perfect recipe for the dish.
But, you can always find something that fits your family.
Start by preparing the beans, potatoes, corn, and rice.
The potatoes will keep the sauce from getting too thick.
I used a potato masher to break up the beans and potatoes, then I put a little oil in a saucepan and added it to the potatoes and corn.
When you add all the ingredients together, you’ll have the best Mexican food you’ve ever tasted.
Then, get the rice and beans into the pot and add some water.
When the rice is cooked, add a little more water.
The beans will absorb the broth and cook the rice, so you’ll end up with a thick sauce.
This is one of the best things you can do to make a meal in a matter of minutes.
It’s like having a bowl of soup.
Make it the week before the weekend, or make it ahead of time.
I made this for my husband, who’s coming to visit this weekend.
